Employee Referral Program
As you know, our
company has experienced exciting growth over the last year. In an effort to continue to provide
unparelled service in our industry, we have iniated an employee referral
program to continue to add our talent pool.
Here’s how it works…
If you refer a
person to us who successfully meets our hiring standards and requirements and
as a result, is hired, we will pay the referring employee $500 CASH. What could be easier? Keep watching http://www.stocktoninfrared.com/news/,
under “IRt Recruiting” for positions that become available, and send your
candidate to that link to apply.
In order to
participate:
- Refer your candidate to http://www.stocktoninfrared.com/news/,
to the section “IRt Recruiting” for available recruiting notices that
contain information on how to apply.
- The Program Administrator is Cindy
Hawks, our Marketing Director.
When you refer a potential employee, you must notify her of your
name, the candidate’s name, and the date they were referred, via e-mail to
cindy@stocktoninfrared.com.
